For those of you who have experienced immense grief, you also know that you do not want to “move on” but rather a desire to take your well-being and take it with you as you continue your earthly journey.
In this article, I channeled wisdom to bring you 5 little letters of light from our hearts to yours
1. Don’t wait to live your best life.
One of the most useless things you can do with your time on Earth is to wait or postpone what you really want to do.
Life is short, so much shorter than you think. When the day comes when you take your last breath, your life will feel like it unfolded in the blink of an eye. So stop waiting. Stop putting things right. Stop saving things for a later date.
This does not mean that you must be reckless, but rather that you must put your priorities in order and make sure that you do not wait to live the life you desire. When you decide to do something, go for it!
If you feel bored most often, it’s also a clear sign that you put too much “waiting” in your life. You’ll never feel 100% ready, so skip and try as much as possible.
2. Everyone’s just you.
You may think you are different from the person sitting in front of you or your family and friends, but we are all the same.
On Earth, it’s really hard to understand that, but basically, we’re all together. It’s as if we are all a great soul that has broken into several bodies.
Whereas in these respective bodies, we can make different choices and think different thoughts but underneath all this, we are all the same, and all the people who enter your life reveal to you different fragments and pieces of yourself.
It is so important to pay attention to the people around us, because it is our clue about the part of ourselves that is trying to rise to the surface, either for recognition and appropriation, or for cleansing and liberation.
3. Everyone should travel.
Travel is the most liberating and revealing experience you can offer yourself. Although it’s economically impossible for everyone to travel often, if you have the opportunity, make sure you take it!
Travelling opens your horizons, broadens your state of mind and nourishes your soul. It allows you to get out of your comfort zone and see the world. Travelling also lets you see that no matter where you go or what country you visit, we are all much more alike than we think.
Travel should be a priority for everyone at least at some point in their lives. Travel as far as you can and even to the most remote corners of the Earth, for you will find a beauty that will guide you for the rest of your days.
4. Don’t be afraid to fall in love.
We are built to love, but here on Earth, it’s scary to “fall” in love with someone.
To fall in love is to submit to the process of love and to allow yourself to trust fully and to open up to another human being. We are so afraid of “falling” because we do not want to lose control or hurt ourselves.
Many of us keep our hearts tight, but you should never regret falling in love. You should never regret opening your heart and bringing more love to the world.
Never regret an act of love, even if it doesn’t go as you planned. It is not only in our romantic relationships, but also with our friends and family.
Don’t be afraid to express love, don’t be afraid to fall in love and surround yourself with it. This will be the thing you will remember most in your last days.
5. Play at your frequency.
We all enter this life with our own rhythm and melody, it’s our song and our song. We are all really frequencies, and each of us, even though we are part of the collective, carries our own very unique pitch.
When we look at the Earth from other realms, it is sad to see so many people trying to change their tone to look like someone else. It is sad to see so many people hesitate to express their song.
We’re all unique. We all have our own frequency and trying to hide it, mitigate it or change it will lead to feeling lost and hopeless. It’s such an unnecessary exercise to compare your frequency to someone else as they will never be the same. Even identical twins have their slight differences, and it’s the same with your own frequency.
When we are all up to the truth of our frequency, when we all align ourselves with our music, the Earth plays the most beautiful song that resonates in the Universe for everyone to hear. This is what peace on Earth looks like, and it comes from each of us who plays our own frequency, and at the height of who we are.
It is not about being anything other than yourself, but too often we compare, judge and try to measure ourselves against others and it takes us away from our own truth.
You have nothing else to do to align yourself with your own frequency than to stay true to yourself at all times.
